Kort beskrivning av forskningsprojektet: The project consists of four studies with the following main objectives:

  1. Develop bCBT protocols for common mental disorders collaboratively with patients and therapists, and evaluate their feasibility (including implementability and preliminary clinical effects) using qualitative and quantitative methods.
  2. Develop a blended therapist training program and evaluate the pedagogical procedure.

Delstudier:

  • Study I: Feasibility and preliminary effects of blended CBT for common mental disorders within psychiatric outpatient and primary care: a within-group feasibility study
    • Methodology and approach: A within-group study centered on assessing the feasibility and preliminary effects of bCBT for depression, panic disorder, social anxiety, generalized anxiety disorder, insomnia, and obsessive-compulsive disorder in outpatient psychiatric and primary care settings.
  • Study II: Patients’ experiences of blended CBT: a qualitative study
    • Methodology and approach: This qualitative study aims to explore how patients who completed or canceled the intervention perceive the blended format in terms of acceptability, appropriateness, and feasibility.
  • Study III: Therapists’ acceptability, appropriateness, and perceived feasibility of bCBT: a qualitative study
    • Methodology and approach: This study explores therapists’ experiences of offering and delivering bCBT, as well as the main facilitators and barriers they encounter.
  • Study IV: Therapist training on bCBT using a blended training approach
    • Methodology and approach: This within-group, mixed-designs study aims to examine the feasibility of a bCBT blended training program for therapists.
